On behalf of AG Analytics, I conducted interviews with over fifteen professionals in the UK automotive industry’s aftersales sector. The aim was to identify the current challenges dealers face in a rapidly evolving market. By leveraging AI, we pinpointed the common pain points experienced by both customers and dealers. This information was used to develop a series of targeted questions to better understand the specific issues faced by dealer teams and individuals in various roles, from Service Managers to Franchise Directors. The insights gathered from these interviews were compiled into a white paper, which was then published to provide valuable insights and provoke thought among a broader audience.
