With over 30 years of working within the Automotive Industry in a variety of roles at both dealer and manufacturer levels which I believe gives me a unique view. In the last 11 years I have delivered customer-centric strategies that enhance the value and relevance of brand and products. I hold credentials and have won awards that demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the field of customer experience.

My mission is to harness the voice of the customer using real-time feedback and insight, and to consult, evaluate, and recommend solutions that build stronger relationships that help deliver commercial return. I leverage technology to capture and analyse customer data and empower individuals and dealers to be agile and responsive to customer needs and expectations. I am a strategic change leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative ideas to achieve tangible results.
